Phase 6: Installation of the first primary steel roof truss

A major structural milestone has been reached with the installation of the primary steel roof truss.

The largest element, weighing approximately 33 tonnes, was lifted into position using two cranes. This truss forms the primary load-bearing structure of the roof and defines the key span of the hangar.

Fabricated and assembled with high precision, each connection point is precisely designed to align to allow for the installation of secondary structural elements. Special bearing details are incorporated to accommodate structural movement and thermal expansion without transferring stress to the supporting columns. At the same time, the administrative and storage buildings continue to rise, with vertical structures now taking shape on site.

With the primary steel structure in place, the project advances into the next stage of roof structure assembly.
